Valiant Healthcare End of Year News

Dear Supporters-

2025 has been an amazing year for Valiant Healthcare’s launch. We are so thankful for your support and enthusiasm for our efforts to improve access and affordability of unscheduled healthcare needs.

We are entering the holiday season, and we ask you to please consider a year-end gift to Valiant Healthcare as we continue working to open our first location.

The need for healthcare access points like Valiant increases every day. With the looming changes to the Medicaid program and the expiration of subsidies helping people afford insurance on the Marketplace Exchanges, it is forecasted that there will be a large increase in people without insurance in 2026 and 2027.

Valiant is committed to meeting the needs of the community and providing care to everyone we can safely treat regardless of their ability to pay. Your support enables us to open our doors and be a resource for people who may have nowhere else to turn for acute care needs.

Major Partner Update

Valiant Healthcare is excited to announce a partnership with  Open Hand Studio of CannonDesign. Through this collaboration, Open Hand Studio is generously contributing healthcare strategy and design expertise to further the development of Valiant Healthcare.

Together, Valiant Healthcare and Open Hand Studio of CannonDesign are working on a purpose-built clinical experience to deliver on Valiant’s mission of providing affordable, accessible acute care.

Visioning sessions will include an opportunity for community stakeholders to have input into the services Valiant provides and the design and function of our facility.

“Open Hand Studio’s generous support is instrumental to Valiant’s ability to deliver on our mission. Designing a facility to meet our mission to serve all patients will help us be more efficient and patient focused from day 1,” says Leigh Sanderson, Valiant Healthcare Board Secretary.

“We are excited to welcome community feedback on our services and design. It is important we have our stakeholders voice in our development early,” says Mercy Hanson, Treasurer of Valiant Healthcare.

Our current logo may not be the best image to represent our mission and our services. If you or someone you know has experience in graphic design and/or marketing and would like to help us design a new logo for Valiant Healthcare to use when we launch our grand opening, we would love to have the professional help!

Party with a Purpose was a huge success in 2025, and it is time to start planning the 2026 edition! We welcome all the help we can get to make the next Party with a Purpose even bigger and more successful!
